Ideal for those who are looking for the peace of mind knowing a caring support person, with knowledge about birth and has experience supporting women, is by your side from when you go into labor until you and your family are settled after the arrival of your baby.  As your doula, I will embrace your birth plan and create space for you to make informed decisions in alignment with your plan and your body all along the way.  I will help you minimize discomfort while maximizing your body position to help the baby arrive. Ultimately, I will help empower you to trust your body, to stay calm, and have a positive experience even if your path deviates from your plan. Whether you want me to provide the physical support or help transfer my knowledge by coaching your partner or support person to have a more active role in the birth, be assured I am a committed member of your birth team.   

Two prenatal appointments are included as well as 24 hour on call service starting two weeks before and after your due date. One post-partum visit is also included.
