Doula Packages
Welcome! I am so glad you are considering hiring a doula to be part of your birth team. As your doula I will bring evidenced based approaches to improve your birth experience whether you are planning a cesarean birth or seeking a natural birth. I’m happy to support you in the setting that best suits you and your baby, whether that be at the hospital, a birth center, or your home.
All of the doula packages start with a no-charge interview where you can ask questions, and explore if I’d be a good fit for you and your family. If you decide to hire me we will put a contract in place and designate several pre-natal appointments to prepare for your baby’s birth. I will reserve two weeks before and after your due date to be “on call” and be available around the clock through the birthing time. As a client you can reach out to me at anytime during your pregnancy by phone, email, or text.
If you are seeking someone to help prepare you for this life event without the support of an onsite doula at the birth, I offer in-person or virtual coaching sessions during pregnancy. Sessions can be booked as a one-time event or ongoing support.
